A Portugal-based vacation rental company, built on hospitality
Host Wise is a vacation rental company based in Porto, Portugal. We offer professionally managed short-term stays — apartments, holiday homes, guesthouses and hostels — in Porto, the Algarve and a growing number of destinations across the country.
We started as a property management company, helping homeowners in Portugal rent their properties on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com. Over time, we grew into something more complete: a full hospitality operation with our own portfolio of managed vacation rentals, our own standards and our own way of welcoming guests.
Today, Host Wise manages over 650 properties across Portugal. Every one of them is managed directly by our team — we don't use third-party operators or outsource the care of our properties. When you book with Host Wise, you book with the people who manage the place you're staying in.
