FAQ

Before you apply

How is my commission rate set?

Your starting rate is agreed with our team at approval. You can increase it by referring other content creators and travel professionals to the programme — reaching 7.5% after 5 confirmed referrals and 10% after 15. Your effective rate is always the higher of your approved rate and your referral-based rate.

What counts as a confirmed booking?

A reservation becomes confirmed once the guest has checked in and completed their stay. Pending or cancelled bookings do not generate commission.

When and how are payouts made?

Once your confirmed commission balance reaches €50 or more, request payment from your dashboard. We review the request, and on approval you upload your invoice. We then process a bank transfer in EUR to your registered IBAN.

Does my referral code give my audience a discount?

Yes. Your code gives your audience an exclusive discount on their booking — starting at 5% and rising to 10% then 15% as you hit referral milestones. Your commission is calculated on the net booking value after the guest discount is applied.
