If you are taking public transportations, just take the metro and leave at station Trindade. From there is only around 10min walking to the apartment. In case there is no available garage parking space in the building, you also have the option of another parking garage close to the apartment called Parque de Estacionamento Coronel Pacheco, or in the outside plaza (parking paid in machines all week between 8am and 8pm, Saturdays between 9am and 4pm and Sundays and Holidays is free).
