- Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure. - Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance. - Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item. - Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00. - For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €200.00 - This apartment requires a €500.00 security deposit, which will be returned at the end of your stay, as long as the property is in the same condition.
